Chablis and Petit Chablis
Ah, Chablis! I love you so!
Chablis, at its best, represents transparency and beauty at the same time as power and precision. It’s an amazing balancing act, and the antidote to buttery and oak-driven Chardonnays. (Though it might surprise you how many great Chablis have been aged it oak … just goes to show the power of these wines to begin with!)
