Burgundy Project 3: Village Exploration, Côte Chalonnaise or Mâcon

Project three is just like project two, but a different geography.

And like I mention in the video, the culture of the region is totally different once you step out of the Côte d’Or.

Have fun finding a little town to explore. Open up a wine atlas or simply Google Maps. Pick one town at random. Then dive into the project!

If you have a bottle from that area, be sure to sip the wine while you learn! This is fun homework!
