GRAND CRU CHABLIS is some of my favorite wines in the world. Some of the greatest wines I’ve ever experienced in my lifetime are in this category.
Technically, the Grand Crus of Chablis come from one vineyard (as defined by the French wines laws) but within that vineyard there are seven sub-plots that are named.
